Refund policy
Due to the perishable nature of our small-batch, kettle-cooked root vegetable chips, we cannot accept physical returns or exchanges on any food products. Once a food item leaves our facility, it cannot be safely re-entered into inventory.
However, your satisfaction is our family tradition, and we want you to love your snacks! If there is an issue with your order, we are fully committed to making it right.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging your custom-cooked batches, but accidents can happen on the road. Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your chip bags arrive crushed, torn, or if you received the incorrect flavor, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will gladly issue a replacement batch or a full refund for the affected items right away.
Exceptions / non-returnable itemsÂ
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.Â
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you tried a flavor and genuinely did not enjoy it, please reach out to our team via our contact form. While we cannot accept a return of the product, we always appreciate your honest feedback and would love the opportunity to find a solution that leaves you satisfied.
Refunds (If Applicable)
If a refund is approved for damaged or missing items, it will be processed automatically back to your original payment method. Please remember it can take a few business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
