Harvestey Return Policy

As a community-driven online market, Harvestey does not accept physical returns of items once they have been shipped. This policy aligns with our sustainability values and helps reduce our carbon footprint.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. If you're unhappy with the quality of an item you received, please contact us via chat within 21 days of delivery. We’ll review your concern and do our best to make things right.

Items Not Eligible for Refunds:

  • Digital downloads

  • Gift cards or gift memberships

  • Final sale items

If you have unopened goods you cannot use, consider donating them to a local food bank through our partners at Feeding America. Use their Food Bank Locator to find a location near you.

Harvestey reserves the right to deny refund requests made after the 21-day window or in cases where the policy is misused, as determined at our discretion.

We guarantee the freshness of pantry staples and dry goods for 30 days from the date of delivery, though many items may stay fresh beyond that. To reduce waste, we recommend ordering only what you’ll use within that time.
